Acceptable Use Policy
Effective July 12, 2026. callersift is a product of Ringpixel LLC.
Scope
This policy is part of the Terms of Service and applies to everyone who uses the service, every workspace, and every API key. Where your team or your systems use the service, you are responsible for their compliance.
Prohibited uses
- Illegal traffic: do not use the service in connection with call traffic that is generated, solicited, or routed in violation of law, including the TCPA, the Telemarketing Sales Rule, do-not-call rules, and their equivalents outside the USA.
- Harassment: do not use the service to support harassment campaigns, stalking, or any traffic intended to intimidate or abuse the people being called.
- Data resale: do not resell, sublicense, or otherwise redistribute screening results, verdicts, line-type data, or any derived dataset. Verdicts are for routing your own calls.
- Deanonymization: do not attempt to reverse, correlate, or otherwise deanonymize the masked numbers stored in lookup logs.
- Reverse engineering: do not reverse engineer, decompile, or probe the service to discover its scoring logic, except where the law grants a right we cannot exclude.
- Abusive load: do not send automated traffic outside the documented lookup flow. No ping flooding, no load testing against production, no scraping the dashboard, and no using the lookup URL as a general-purpose number-intelligence API.
- Security violations: do not attempt to access other workspaces' data, bypass authentication, or interfere with the service's operation.
Enforcement
We respond in proportion to the problem. Depending on severity, that means a warning, throttling, suspension of keys or the workspace, or termination under the Terms of Service. Where a violation involves illegal activity, we may notify the relevant authorities and cooperate with lawful investigations.
If you are unsure whether a planned use is acceptable, ask first through a support ticket at app.callersift.com/help.
