Terms of Service

Effective July 12, 2026. callersift is a product of Ringpixel LLC.

1. Who we are and what you are agreeing to

callersift is a product of Ringpixel LLC ("Ringpixel", "we", "us"). These Terms of Service (the "Terms") are a binding agreement between Ringpixel and the person or company that opens a callersift workspace ("you", the "customer"). By creating an account, or by using the service in any way, you accept these Terms. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the service.

2. The service

callersift is caller fraud screening for pay-per-call operations. Your call tracker posts each inbound caller number to a lookup URL that is unique to your workspace. The service scores the number using Twilio Lookup line-type intelligence and answers allow or block before the call routes. Verdicts cache per number for one day. Lookup logs store only masked numbers (the last four digits); full caller numbers are processed transiently for scoring and are not kept in logs.

The service is designed to fail open: a lookup that did not run, whether because of a timeout, an outage, or a missing Twilio connection, never blocks a caller. Section 7 explains what that means for you.

3. Your account and responsibilities

  • Provide accurate account and billing information and keep it current.
  • Keep your login credentials, API keys, and lookup URL confidential. Anything done with your keys or under your account is your responsibility until you tell us the credentials are compromised.
  • Rotate or revoke API keys promptly if you suspect exposure. The dashboard supports zero-downtime rotation.
  • Manage your own team. Workspace owners and admins control who can see and change what; we act on the instructions of authorized workspace members.
  • Comply with these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, and all laws that apply to your call traffic.

4. Plans, fees, and payment

The service offers two billing structures. Both require a valid payment card, and all payments are processed by Stripe. Current prices are shown on the pricing page and at checkout; the figures below are the prices in effect on the date these Terms took effect.

  • Bring your own Integration: a flat subscription of $5 per month, billed in advance. Lookups run on your own Twilio credentials, and Twilio bills you directly for each lookup under your agreement with Twilio. New workspaces on this plan get a 14-day free trial; your card is not charged until the trial ends.
  • Pay as you go: $0.010 per ping, drawn from a prepaid balance on the platform's own Twilio capacity. The opening top-up is a minimum of $20; later top-ups are a minimum of $5 each.
  • Auto-recharge: you may optionally enable auto-recharge. By enabling it, you authorize Ringpixel to save your card with Stripe and to charge it off-session for $20 each time your prepaid balance falls below $5. This authorization stays in effect until you disable auto-recharge in the dashboard or close your account. Each auto-recharge appears in your balance ledger and on your card statement.
  • Low-balance alerts are advisory. Screening keeps answering while your balance is low or empty; alerts never block a caller.
  • Prices may change. We give at least 30 days' notice of price increases, and increases apply from your next billing period or top-up after the notice period.
  • You are responsible for any taxes that apply to your purchase, other than taxes on our income.

5. Cancellation and what happens to your data

You can cancel a subscription at any time from the dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until then. Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy.

Nothing is deleted when a plan ends. Paid features lock, and your data, configuration, and history stay where you left them. If you want your account and data removed, ask through a support ticket and we will process the deletion.

6. Acceptable use

Your use of the service is subject to the Acceptable Use Policy, which is part of these Terms. In short: no unlawful call traffic, no violations of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) or equivalent laws, no harassment campaigns, no resale of screening data, and no attempts to abuse or reverse engineer the service.

You are responsible for the lawful collection, use, and processing of the caller data you send to the service. On the bring-your-own-Twilio plan you are also responsible for your own Twilio account, including its terms, its security, and its charges.

7. Verdicts are advisory signals

Verdicts (allow or block) are automated signals derived from third-party line-type intelligence. They are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that any individual verdict is correct, that fraudulent callers will always be blocked, or that genuine callers will never be blocked. You remain responsible for how calls are routed and for any decision made on the basis of a verdict.

Because the service fails open, a lookup that does not complete answers allow. You acknowledge and accept this design: during an outage or timeout, traffic that might otherwise have been blocked will route through.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that third-party services it depends on (including Twilio and Stripe) will be available.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ringpixel's total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service or these Terms is capped at the fees you paid to Ringpixel in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

To the same extent, Ringpixel is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or the cost of substitute services, even if advised of the possibility. This includes losses attributable to an incorrect verdict, a blocked genuine caller, or fraudulent traffic that routed through during a fail-open condition.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those jurisdictions these limits apply to the fullest extent permitted.

10. Indemnification

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Ringpixel and its officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your call traffic and your use of caller data, including any alleged violation of the TCPA or other telemarketing, privacy, or telecommunications laws; (b) your breach of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy; or (c) your Twilio account and your agreement with Twilio.

11. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, if your use creates risk or legal exposure for us or for others, or if required by law. Where practical, we will notify you and give you a chance to cure before suspending.

On termination, the sections that by their nature should survive do survive, including fees owed, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes we will give notice, by email or in the dashboard, at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date of an update is acceptance of the updated Terms. The effective date at the top of this page always shows the current version.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and both parties consent to their jurisdiction and venue.

14. Contact

Questions about these Terms go through a support ticket at app.callersift.com/help. Every ticket gets a CSF- reference and a human answer.
