Subprocessors

What this list is

Ringpixel LLC uses a small number of third-party providers to run callersift. Each one processes only the data its function requires. This page lists every current subprocessor and what it receives.

Current subprocessors

• Stripe, Inc. (USA): payment processing. Receives card details, billing contact details, and charge amounts for subscriptions, top-ups, and auto-recharge. We never store full card numbers ourselves.
• Twilio Inc. (USA): phone number intelligence. Receives the caller phone numbers submitted to your lookup URL in order to run line-type lookups. On the bring-your-own-Twilio plan these lookups run under your own Twilio account; on pay as you go they run under the platform's account.
• Cloud infrastructure provider (USA): hosting. Runs the application, databases, and encrypted secret storage; as the host it processes all service data at the infrastructure level.
• Email delivery provider: transactional mail. Receives recipient email addresses and message content for receipts, alerts, invitations, and support replies.

Changes to this list

We update this page before adding or replacing a subprocessor that handles personal data, and the effective date above changes with each revision. If you need change notifications for compliance reasons, open a support ticket at app.callersift.com/help and we will arrange them.
