Getting started
From signup to your first screened call in about ten minutes.
Create your workspace
- Go to the signup page and pick a billing plan: bring your own integration ($5 a month, 14-day free trial) or pay as you go ($0.010 per ping from a prepaid balance). Both take a card; the Choose your billing plan guide has the decision rule.
- Your workspace and roles are provisioned instantly. Bring your own Integration starts its 14-day trial; pay as you go starts with an opening top-up ($20 minimum).
- You land on the screening dashboard: empty for now, and about to get busy.
First wins, in order
- Integrations (bring your own integration only): connect your Twilio Account SID and auth token, so lookups run on your credentials. On pay as you go there is nothing to connect; lookups run on the platform's Twilio.
- API key: on the home page, generate a screening key. Your call tracker authenticates every lookup with it.
- Point your tracker: paste your lookup URL and key into TrackDrive or Ringba, and route calls on the response.
Invite your team (Settings → Team) and turn on 2FA (Settings → Security) while you are at it. Both take under a minute.
When the trial ends
Nothing is deleted, ever. If the bring-your-own-Twilio trial lapses, paid features lock until billing resumes; your data and configuration stay exactly where you left them, and billing lives inside the app under Settings → Plan.
