Legal / Refund Policy

Refund Policy

Effective July 12, 2026. CallerSift is a product of Ringpixel LLC.

The short version

  • Prepaid balance: the unused remainder of a top-up is refundable on request within 90 days of that top-up, minus payment processing costs.
  • Usage charges: balance already spent on lookups is not refundable; those lookups ran and were paid for.
  • All refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe.

Prepaid balance

Top-ups buy screening capacity in advance. If you stop using the service, we refund the unused remainder of a top-up on request, provided the request arrives within 90 days of that top-up's purchase. Payment processing costs (the fees Stripe charges us to take and return the payment) are deducted from the refund.

Balance already consumed by lookups is not refundable; those lookups ran and were paid for. Auto-recharge charges follow exactly the same rule as manual top-ups: the unused remainder is refundable within 90 days of the charge, minus processing costs.

How to request a refund

  • Open a support ticket at app.callersift.com/help from your workspace.
  • Say which charge you mean; the date and amount from your ledger or card statement is enough.
  • You get a CSF- reference immediately and a human answer. Eligible refunds are issued through Stripe to the original payment method.

Processing timelines

Once issued, Stripe refunds typically reach your card in 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank. The refund may appear as a reversal of the original charge rather than a separate credit.

Chargebacks

Contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. Almost every billing issue is faster to fix through a support ticket than through a dispute, and we honor this policy. If a chargeback is filed on a charge that this policy covers, we may pause the workspace while the dispute is open and provide Stripe with our records of the transaction.

Where the law says otherwise

Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law. Where such law grants a refund this policy does not, the law wins.
