Connect Twilio
On bring your own integration, your own Lookup credentials power every verdict.
What you need
This guide is for the bring-your-own-Twilio plan. On pay as you go, lookups run on the platform's Twilio and there is nothing to connect; skip straight to pointing your tracker.
- A Twilio account (any paid account works; trial accounts can only look up verified numbers).
- Your Account SID and auth token from console.twilio.com → Account → API keys & tokens.
- Twilio Lookup with the line_type_intelligence package enabled (it is pay-per-lookup, no subscription).
Wire it up
- Integrations → Connect Twilio. Paste the Account SID and auth token; they are stored encrypted and only used server-side.
- The Twilio badge on the home page flips to connected once saved.
- Each lookup bills your Twilio account at Twilio's Lookup rates; results cache for a day per number, so repeat callers cost nothing.
Rotate credentials any time from the same card: screening switches to the new pair without dropping a ping.
